This ball handling sequence, using a tennis ball is a drill great for training your brain to focus on multiple things at once. Don’t worry about the speed of this drill, work on getting 10 perfect reps doing each direction! (Tyler is using a heavy ball for this drill, but a regular basketball is just as acceptable).
