Here’s a workout for our K-5th Grade players! We will incorporate our ball handling in this one. Take your time with your player and focus on the detail. There is plenty of time to work on speed as they develop! (Follow Reps On Each Video).

(This workout is for any skill level, often times we group our K-5th grade together but a lot of these skills are used at the highest level of basketball. It’s never too late to dial in the basics.
